Consider that at 55 million (source), the U.S. Latino population is already larger than the entire population of England and Spain. Latinos are not just large in population size, they have the double distinction of being the youngest and fastest-growing group in the nation.

The Hispanic vote is also growing by leaps and bounds. A record 11.2 million Latinos voted in the 2012 Presidential elections (source) – an increase of almost 30% from 2004. And just think about the fact that 800,000 Latinos turn 18 each year in the United States. (Source: US Census)
